How Long Do Orders Take To Ship?
We freight everything ourselves, usually with Australia Post Satchels or e-Parcel.
We aim to pick, pack & send every order within 24 hours of receiving it.
Sometimes, there are circumstances that can impact this, but our average shipping estimate is between 1-3 working days within east coast Australia, and 3-5 working days outside of that.
We will upload your tracking details to your order, so you will be informed the whole time. Simply visit /my-account/orders any time to track the latest status of your order!
What Shipping / Freight Options Do We Have?
We can ship to anywhere within Australia, from our store in Brisbane QLD. Depending on how far from our store you are, the delivery might take a little more or less time.
We send most of our parcels with Australia Post, and they have a fantastic domestic service.
For some orders that are particularly bulky, or remote addresses, we may have to organise a special courier service.
